I8my Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules for Malaysia

To register and use i8my's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. i8my does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register or use this platform in any capacity.
• Malaysian citizens or residents: The i8my platform is intended for users who are located or residing in Malaysia. Users from other regions may be subject to additional restrictions.
• Legal eligibility: You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• One account only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at i8my. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation and will result in the termination of all accounts involved.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including full name, identification card number, date of birth, phone number, and email address — must be accurate, current, and truthful.

Your i8my account is entirely your personal responsibility. The following rules apply to account management:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends. You are responsible for all gaming activity conducted through your account.

• Your i8my account may not be transferred, sold, or used by any other party under any circumstances.

The use of bots, automated software, or any unauthorised method to access or operate the i8my platform is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all existing balances.

I8my supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods to make your deposit process seamless:

All deposits must come from an account or payment method registered in the same name as the i8my account holder. Third-party deposits will not be accepted and will be returned.

Winnings withdrawals at i8my are processed in accordance with the following policies and rules:

• Processing time: Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 to 15 minutes for fully verified accounts (KYC complete).
• Minimum limit: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.

• Game results officially declared by the relevant governing body are final and binding for the purposes of bet settlement.
• Bets placed using unauthorised means, including the use of bots or prohibited strategies, will be voided and account balances may be confiscated.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are as displayed on each game or market. These limits are subject to change at i8my's discretion.

For live sports betting (in-play betting), bet settlements are based on the official score or result at the end of the match or designated period. Any disputes regarding outcomes will be referred to the official data sources used by i8my.

Any dispute between a member and i8my is governed by Malaysian law, and both parties agree to first seek resolution through negotiation before pursuing any legal action.
